Someone must have a NAYS certification at all times on each team.

Please visit www.nays.org to take the online NAYS course.  The cost to take the course is $25.  There is a $20 renewal fee if you have already taken the course.  

Please registered White Oak Youth League/Onslow County Parks and Recreation as your local chapter so that it can be verified by the WOYL Board.

All assistant coaches and team managers (if they will have contact with the players) must complete a coach's agreement. Please make sure both sides are filled out and give the completed form to a WOYL board member. Thanks in advance!
