Jr National Judo Champion
I train with Ippon Dojo of Tacoma,WA.
After winning the 2009 WA State Judo Championships in Feb 2009 I took a break from Judo to focus on my wrestling since I begin HS wrestling in the fall of 2009. I'm still working on my ground game and may some day return to Judo.
I hold the rank of Purple Belt.
I am a USJA Jr. National Judo Champion, Jr. National Championship Silver Medalist and 2 time Bronze Medalist, Jr. National Judo Championship 4th and 5th place finisher, a 6-time top five Jr. National Championship placer,
3x Continental Crown Champion, 3 time Washington State Champion and a Washington State Championship Silver Medalist, NW Middle School Judo Champion and a British Colombia Champion.
Highlights of the 2007 season include winning the Bronze Medal at the USA Judo Jr. US Open Championships.
Highlights of the 2006 season include winning the Bronze Medal at the USA Judo Jr. Olympic National Championships.
Highlights of the 2005 season include winning the Silver Medal at the USJF Jr. National Championships, winning the Gold Medal at the Washington State championships and Winning the Gold Medal at the Continental Crown Championships.
I was also awarded the USJF Jr. Nationals "Outstanding Sportsmanship" Award for 2005.
Highlights of the 2004 season include a 4th Place finish at the USJF Jr. National Championships and winning the Gold Medal at the Washington State Judo Championships.
Highlights of the 2003 season include winning the Gold Medal at the USJA Jr. National Judo Championships and winning the Silver Medal at the Washington State Championships.
