Team managers are responsible for calling to see if games will be played. A voice mail message will be left no sooner than 4:00 p.m. if games are to be cancelled. Please do not call the rain out line until 4:15 p.m. If the message is not updated from the previous day, all games will be played as scheduled.

In the event rain forces the cancellation of games, league manager will revise schedules and they will be sent out via email to all team managers.

If there is ever a discrepancy between your printed schedule and what is shown on the online schedule of the website, always go by the printed version. Errors can be made while entering game info on the website, so we ask that you follow the printed schedule first. The latest printed schedules can always be downloaded from the Handout/Forms section of the website.

If any discrepancies are found, please email us asap so we can correct it.
