Our Turf

A simulated grass surface, designed for playing Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Football and Volleyball as well as other sports measuring 110'x95'. The surface has small rubber pellets embedded into the carpet fiber creating a cushioned surface that provides traction and some bounce. Our turf was installed by the same company that installed the turf at the NFL Football stadium in Foxboro Mass.!
 
Indoor Turf Rental Rate (Nov-April) is $110 per hour.
Indoor Turf Rental Rate (May-Oct) is $75 per hour.

 

Our Hardwood Court

The perfect basketball surface. Thick Maple hardwood finished with many coats of gloss for excellent traction. Attached to a wood grid supporting it several inches over the concrete base. Adjustable height glass backboards and rims to adjust for all age players.  Middle school regulation court (74' x 50').
 
Court Rental Rate (Nov-Mar) is $55 per hour.
Court Rental Rate (April-Oct) is $35 per hour.
 

Our Outdoor Soccer Fields

 
8v8 or 11v11 Field Rental Rate (April-Nov) is $65 per hour with lights, $50 without 
100x60 Yards

6v6 Field Rental Rate (April-Nov) is $45 per hour with lights, $30 without
60X40 Yards


Rental Instructions

To rent our turf, please consult the Indoor Calendar for availability and then email us at indoor@cyaasports.com with the times you are interested in.
 
To rent our court, please consult the Indoor Calendar for availability and then email us at indoor@cyaasports.com with the times you are interested in.
 
To rent our soccer fields, please consult the Outdoor Calendar and then contact us with the times you are interested in. 

Once we have confirmed the times and dates, we will reserve the time, send you info on accessing the facility and send you an invoice for payment.

You will need to provide the necessary insurance information (see below) and make payment arrangements prior to you first rental date. 

Please note: No Cleats may be worn in our facility!

Insurance Information

In order to rent our facility, our Insurance coverage REQUIRES renters meet at least one of the following conditions:
     Your players are all playing in one of our CYAA programs (we already insure them) or ...
     You provide an insurance certificate naming the CYAA (Candia Youth Athletics Association) as additional insured or ...
     You must have each person using the facility sign the CYAA Insurance Waiver.
