It is the head coaches responsibility to attend or have a team representative attend Board meetings (see calendar) Lots of important decisions and dates are made during meetings having you or a team rep there will add in pass information on.   

The more you, your staff and parents know and understand the smoother your season will go.

All Coaches (or staff) HAVE to complete the YCADA.ORG certification course to be able to step on the practice and game field.
