The Dover CR Raiders brought 5 cheer squads and 1 dance team to the Henlopen Conference Cheer and Dance Competition and every girl walked out a winner.
Our Tiny Mites and Mitey Mites did an amazing job, Congratulations to the coaches and Cheerleader!Our Jr. Pee Wee, Pee Wee and Jr. Midget teams all walked away with First Place in their divisions.Dover brought the first Dance Team to the mat, and they did great.Congratulations coaches, cheerleaders and dancers! At the Eastern Regional Cheer and Dance Competition, our girls were amazing. Each squad went up against tough competition from New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Washington, DC. Our Jr. Pee Wee and Pee Wee squads did not advance to Nationals but certainly made the judges work hard.Our Jr. Midget cheerleaders won the Eastern Region Champions and went to Nationals in Walt Disney World, Florida in December. At the Pop Warner National Cheer and Dance Competition the Jr. Midget cheer squad placed 2nd in the Nation. They did an amazing job and had a great time too.
