• Entry is $600 per team (no individuals)  
• Doubleheaders for 5 weeks on Sundays starting September 8th through October 6th.
• First games will start at 1:15 p.m.
• Games to be played at Duke Park in Troy (1670 Troy-Sidney Road).
• Make checks payable to: Milton Union Fastpitch 
• Deadline to sign up is Monday , August 19th.  Form & money are due that day.
