Coach Jacobson is entering his fifth year as head coach for the Rowland Raiders. He is an alumna of John A. Rowland High School, graduating with the class of ’92. Coach Jacobson has been part of the football program here at Rowland for over a decade.
He received his B.A. from Cal State Fullerton and has been a Special Education teacher at Rowland since 2007. When not coaching, you can find Coach Jacobson snowboarding, playing video games and fantasy football. He would like to thank his family and friends who have been supportive through the years.

Coach Felipe Aguilar will be entering his seventh season as a coach. In 2008 and 2009, Coach Aguilar was the head coach at Los Altos High School. He also played quarterback at Los Altos, winning two CIF championships and being named the CIF Player Of the Year and SGV Tribune Player of the Year in 2000. Coach Aguilar played both baseball and football at Pitzer College where he earned a B.A. in Economics. He resides in South Gate with wife Stephanie and two sons.

Coach Cooper is entering his 10th year teaching and 6th season coaching football here at Rowland. He graduated from Rowland in 1998 while competing in football, basketball and track and earning Hall of Fame and
All-CIF honors as a running back and linebacker. He earned a bachelors degree in Chemistry while playing football at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Coach Vasquez is in his 11th year coaching football and second at Rowland High School. He has coached at San Gabriel HS (2), Ribet Academy (2), Wilson HS (1), San Marino HS (1), and at Nogales HS (3). He is in his 7th year teaching special education and is in his first year teaching at Rowland HS. Coach Vasquez has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Masters in Education from Azusa Pacific University. He has a beautiful 10 year-old daughter named Peyton Monroe. Coach Vasquez enjoys spending time with his daughter, golfing, going to the gym, and cooking.
