Teams must be registered with and be approved by USA SOFTBALL OF NJ. Teams from New Jersey, Other than those from Metro Newark (Essex and Hudson) can register Through Warren-Hunterdon for $40.00. Must use and submit the Warren-Hunterdon Roster form linked below.

This $40.00 USA registration paid directly to WH USA Softball allows entance to all Warren-Hunterdon USA tournaments in the calendar year paid, only!
TEAMS FROM OUT OF STATE, AND TEAMS FROM METRO NEWARK IN NEW JERSEY (ESSEX & HUDSON), MUST REGISTER U.S.A. SOFTBALL WITH YOUR LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS, AND HAVE PROOF OF THAT REGISTRATION.
TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY
THE FOLLOWING POLICY APPLIES TO ALL OF OUR TOURNAMENTS:
2024 REFUND POLICY
WARREN-HUNTERDON USA SOFTBALL OF NEW JERSEY
Any team dropping out after the tournament schedule has been posted or two weeks before will receive no refund. If a replacement team is found, a partial refund will be given. A unique situation that causes a team to drop after you have committed will be dealt with on an individual case basis. Teams must be available for both dates if a rain date is offered for a Tournament.
WARREN-HUNTERDON USA SOFTBALL OF NEW JERSEY WEATHER POLICY
WH USA SOFTBALL OF NJ will try to work with Readington Township personnel to have fields in playable condition for tournaments; however, we all know that weather is out of our control. The Township can call the game off for inclement weather and field conditions.
WH USA SOFTBALL OF NJ intends to have a fair refund policy that will be adhered to at all
WH USA SOFTBALL OF NJ tournaments. The general refund policy is outlined below; however,
there may be cases where this policy will have to be altered by the Tournament Director. If the
refund policy must be altered, the head coach of the team will be notified of the change(s)
and an explanation as to why the refund must be altered. This policy is in effect because even
though a tournament may be canceled in its entirety, there are costs associated with setting up
the event, and an administrative fee is necessary to defray the costs.
1. If a tournament is cancelled in its entirety you can either receive a full credit towards another WH USA SOFTBALL OF NJ event within the same calendar year, or 75% entry fee refund.
2. 1 game played – 50% of entry fee refunded
3. 2 games played – 25% of entry fee refunded
4. 3 games played – No Refund
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Refunds on credit card payments will be subject to the fee charged to WH USA SOFTBALL OF NJ, which is around 4%. This includes the cash refund, or credit to another Tournament.
