Rentals & Reservations

Athletic Fields, Picnic Shelters & Gym
All private events ( i.e. birthday parties, family cookouts, weddings, military receptions, and invitation only social gatherings) are permitted through the Dacusville Recreation Association.

Shelter:

Picnic shelters can be rented out by residents. Picnic shelters are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Electricity is available at shelter.

Use of Bounce House must be approved by Dacusville Recreation. A certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 General Liability from vendor naming Dacusville Recreation as additional insured is required. Bounce houses must have generator and cannot be plugged into electrical outlet. Bounce houses with water features are not allowed.

Rentals are available March 1 through October 31. November through February is off-season.

Shelter Rental Fees

You are responsible to dispose of own garbage and clean up of area. The clean-up fee will be returned to you 7-10 days after date of rental.


Athletic Fields:

Dacusville Recreation Association offers  athletic fields for rental. All rentals of fields are coordinated through our Facilities Coordinator at (864) 430-8864. He will assist you in selecting the most appropriate field for your event.

Field Rental Fees

The applicant must provide a completed Facility Use Application and full payment. Fees are non-refundable. Reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of the event. Please call (864) 397-0480 or email info@dacusvillerec.org to ensure date is available. You can also view our calendar of events on the site. Accepted forms of payment include square/paypal credit card payment, cash, checks money orders made out to Dacusville Recreation Association.

In the event that the County must cancel a rental due to unforeseen circumstances (closure of the facility, severe weather, etc.) every effort will be made to make other accommodations for the lessee within that rental season. Please note that in the event of inclement weather (heavy wind, rain, or storms) refunds will not be issued for picnic shelter.
