Mr. Clarence Carter will always be a part of our family and heart. Since he was always active in the community, Virginia Randolph Athletic Association will continue the mentoring partnership with the families and children in the community and surrounding counties.We have started a scholarship program in his honor as well. Our thoughts and prayers will always be with the Carter Family. We have dedicated a plaque in his honor that sits outside the founder of "Carter's Kitchen".
