Pirate Pride 2007-08 Squads WIN!!!
On Sunday, January 20, 2008, the Pirate Pride cheer squads participated in the TAAF Winter Games!!
The event was held at Express Cheer in Frisco, TX.
Both squads earned 1st place in their divisions!!!
We are so proud of all the girls & their coaches!!!They've put in a lot of time and put on a great show!!!
Thank you to all the parents that helped get the girls ready on competition day!!! They looked GORGEOUS!!!

On Sunday, February 24, 2008, the Pirate Pride cheer squads participated in the Spirit of the South - Texas Shootout!! The event was held at the Dr. Pepper StarCenter in Frisco, TX.
Both squads earned a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in their divisions!!!

ABOUT PIRATE PRIDE!!!
Since one of the goals of the WCYFA cheer program is to prepare participants for jr. high and high school cheer, the WCYFA leadership felt is was important to provide the participants with an opportunity to compete in indoor cheer competitions. Thus, the WCYFA Pirate Pride team was born.
Participation guidelines were established for the 2007 and subsequent seasons ... please review the current Cheerleader Handbook for more information!
