District 31 Little League Umpires

Little League International’s Director of Umpire Development & Operations, Stu Hartenstein, released a series of Mechanics Grams

designed to help teach the new mechanics and philosophies to Little League Umpires. These Mechanics Grams include Routine Plays,

the Demands of the Strike Zone, Movement on Plays at the Plate, Positioning at 2^nd and 3^rd and Transforming Stress to Enhance Performance.

The mechanics in these videos are what is now being taught at all Little League Weeklong Academies, Weekend Clinics and Outreach Clinics.
