Coaching Philosophy

Positive reinforcement serves as the basis of our coaching philosophy. Our goal is to make the basketball experience for your child, fun, educational, and a library full of positive life lessons.

We value players putting academic school work first over basketball play. We are highly competitive and will push our players to be the best that they are capable of and at the end of the day we value team and personal growth over winning. We value team over individual play. We value playing time for all players so that they get a chance to develop on the floor. We value players learning the basic fundamentals of the game (dribbling, shooting, passing, spacing and defending correctly) over loose unorganized play. We value parents trusting that we will do our best to make this a positive and fun experience for their children.
