BOYS & GIRLS FROM MONROE & JAMESBURG AGES 3 & Up
Neighboring towns without Pop Warner programs
Are also eligible to join us.
(Age as of July 31st is age for season)
REGISTRATION FEE FOR TINY MITE LEVEL & UP:
$125 for first child
$100 for each additional
FLAG FOOTBALL REGISTRATION FEE:
$85 per child
Flag Football – Ages 5 & 6
MINI CHEER & MINI MEN FOOTBALL REGISTRATION FEE:
$45 per child
Minis – Ages 3 & 4
WORKBOND - $100 PER FAMILY (FLAG LEVEL & OLDER)
Work bond to be returned upon completion of: 4 work bond hours, 2 hours canning, participation in required fundraising, and return of complete, clean uniform and equipment.
*Please bring separate checks for registration and workbond.*

-Birth Certificate
-Pop Warner Medical Release form completed and stamped by child’s physician* (*Must be a 2019 form completed & dated by child’s doctor between 1/1/19 and 8/1/19)
-Recent wallet size photo of participant
-2 Copies of Final report card from 2018-2019 school year

Monthly General Membership Meetings
Our monthly general membership meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:00pm at the Monroe Community Center from the months of April-December.
These meetings are open to all football and cheer coaches and parents.
These meetings are not required but a great way to stay informed of current program news.
Elections for Executive Board positions take place every 2 years with nominations in October and elections in November. In order to have voting privileges you must attend 3 meetings during the election year.
Our next election will be fall of 2020.
