  • Howden played in a handful of games in 2005, before joining the Bulls roster full time in 2006. Part of his 2005 stint was as OSBA tournament MVP in 2005.

    Howden struggled with the wood bat hitting with a career low .186 average, well below his career .261 average in 150 games with 12 HR’s and 62 RBI’s. He’s also among Bulls stolen base leaders with 48 steals in 53 attempts.

    His best year as a Bull was 2008 when he hit .278 with 3 HR’s, but missed some time due to injury.

    Howden is a great defensive outfielder who can play RF and CF with possessing great range, he solidifies a very strong outfield with Kip, Mousseau and Leyland
