Nick is playing his rookie campaign with the Falls Church Barons in 2008. Nick is one of various Barons players with strong ties to the North East as he hails from Pittsburgh, PA. Nick was recognized as one of the top players in his high school class as he was named a 2003 South & West All-Star for Mt. Lebanon High. After high school, Nick attempted to walk on at the powerful Indiana University however a shift in priorities for Nick took him away from baseball. The absence of baseball in Nick's life was short as he stayed busy during the offseason playing in the Federation league in his hometown of Pittsburgh. The Barons are excited to have Nick and look to have him make an immediate impact in the Barons lineup.
