Congratulations to the following champion athletes who have attained 40 or more workouts with the Union Strength &

Conditioning program.   W.R.A.P. (weight-lifting, running technique, agility, power) sessions are scheduled Monday,

Wednesday, Thursday at 6:30am-7:40am in the "We Build Champions" weight room.

ALL ATTENDANCE IS POSTED UNDER TOP LEFT HAND SIDE MENU UNDER Handouts.   If you do not see your name on the list it is because you 

have ZERO attendance.   You can never START over but you can have a NEW BEGINNING!
