•Teamwork - We focus on "Team" at Winter Springs from day one your child will learn teamwork is more important than any one player.

•Leadership - We teach children to become leaders on the field, in the classroom and the community. They always set the example!

•Discipline - We teach your child discipline it takes to work hard, stay focused and succeed both academically and in life.

•Scholarship - We award college scholarship money for those children who perform outstanding in the classroom academically.

•Community - We sponsor families in hardship, children in need of support, support all schools and our Winter Springs community.

•Friendship - Your children will make lifelong friendships with coaches, players and supporters of the Winter Springs community.

The Winter Springs Grizzlies, a Pop Warner Little Scholars organization, has been providing youth football and cheerleading in our city for over eight years. Our league continues to grow and serves as the only youth sports organization that requires its participants to maintain academic standards in order to participate.

The Grizzlies are committed to developing our youth on and off the field. Each year we continue to expand our efforts in team and activity participation. We have developed a strong relationship with The City of Winter Springs, the Winter Springs High School and area businesses. The league also looks to increase its visibility through scholarship, fundraising and outreach opportunities throughout the community.

The Winter Springs Grizzlies organization exists to use football, cheerleading and a respect for education to develop strong, smart, responsible, healthy young men and women. We give them experiences that build their appreciation for and understanding of leadership, teamwork, friendship and discipline.
