FCR Player Registration Link
1. Please complete the online registration form by clicking on the link below.
2. You will be able to make payment online at the end of the registration process. You can either make full payment or payment in 3 installments.
NOTE: This is not automatic payment - you will receive an email reminder when your next payment is due. At that point you need to log back into your Sports Affinity account and select "View Payment" then "Edit Payments" and then select your next payment and re-enter credit card information. So please make sure you store away your Sports Affinity account information (user login will be the email you set your account up with)
3. When your player(s) register they will need to upload a headshot photo and Birth certificate. Make sure you have this uploaded before you begin the registration process.
4. Every player, coach and admin must register for the FALL 2018/2019 season
