Refund Policy:


Refunds requested prior to the start of the season will be subject to a $50 administration fee.  Refunds requested after the start of the season up to the 8th week will be on a best efforts basis.  The league will make every effort to find a replacement player in order to provide a pro-rated rebate, less a $50 administration fee.  We cannot guarantee refunds after the start of the season because all receipts and costs to run the league have been locked in.  Refunds after the 8th week or into the second half of the season will not be considered.  If a player is able to find their own replacement, the league will be pleased to register the replacement player but it is the responsibility of the two players to arrange transfer of registration fees.

Receipt Request Policy:

Receipts will be provided upon request.  Receipts must be requested before the end of the season that the player participated in and for which the payment was received.  The league cannot back date receipts.  Members of a team requesting a receipt must have their team rep confirm the amount of  the payment received.  We recommend that if you require a receipt that you submit your request shortly after your payment has been processed.
