WHAMO - Women's Hockey Academy of Mississauga ON

We offer a pre-season Spring Tune-up instructional program for Beginner / Novice level players.  Each session includes one hour of on-ice instruction for six consecutive weeks.  The sessions are run on Wednesdays at Meadowvale Four Rinks.

•  Sessions designed for developing players
•  Two instructors on the ice
• All basic hockey skills
• Skills progress from individual to game/team fundamental plays
• Defensive and Offensive skills and responsibilities are covered
• Progression discount is provided for participants who sign-up for multiple sessions
