Turn 2 Coach Linda McGinnis has had the privilege of coaching both Lakira Mitchell and Ashley Feeney for several years. 

As each girl heads off to complete their careers in college Coach Linda reflects.

Ashley Feeney:

I’ve had the privilege of coaching Ashley Feeney over the last 8 years. She has always been a firecracker on and off the field. In this her final season, she worked hard on the field pitching, playing first and as a designated hitter.

We wish her luck as she finishes her softball career at JUCO D2 Anne Arundel Community College!

Lakira Mitchell:

As a coach, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching Lakira Mitchell in High School and travel ball. In this her final season, she was a true leader on the field, playing a solid SS and picking up time on the mound when needed.

We wish her the best as she finishes her softball career at Division 1 Grambling State University.
