  A decision to cancel games due to bad weather is usually made around 3pm
     If the weather is questionable …
        You can check right here for HOUR-BY-HOUR cancellation information. 

    

                                    We do not play when Lightning is sighted !
Due to the fact that we have fields over an area from "The Wedge" in Mt. Sinai on the north to Medford
and Center Moriches on the south a decision to cancel is usually made at the fields by the referees and
Field Supervisors. We do play in rain but when lightning is sighted the games are stopped. Everyone 
should find shelter or go to their cars. A decision to continue will be made after a wait period. 
                   An "official" game is one that a full half (30 minutes) or more has been played. 
If the game is "official" there is a 10 minute wait period. If the game is "un-official" (less than 30 minutes
has been played) there is a 30 minute wait period. If the referees & Field Supervisors feel the game can
continue it will be picked up at the point it was stopped. If the referees & Field Supervisors feel the game
cannot continue everyone can leave. We use 5 turf fields so most games usually resume and get played.

       We Congratulate all our summer Champions and hope
            everyone involved had a fun time playing soccer.
