Attention: Coaches & Parents

RE:  Elementary school gymnasiums

For the safety of our students, the elementary buildings are locked until 6:00pm. We are NOT allowed to enter the gym prior to your start time!  At the conclusion of your practices, coaches please take all of your participants to the school entrance to be released. Do not leave until all your players have been picked-up by their parent.  Parents may also enter the school at the conclusion of practice and greet their son/daughter at the exit (door) of the gymnasium.  

1. WE SERVE CHILDREN WITH SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES. THEREFORE, NO SNACKS ARE ALLOWED.

 2. No school materials, including safety materials may be used or handled by the children in your group. This includes white board markers, pencils, crayons, etc.

 3. Pick up any papers/garbage off the floor. This allows our custodial staff to be able to clean the floors in a timely manner.
