Summer Workouts Set to Begin

With the school year just days from closing down, we are gassing up and getting ready to roll.  This summer we need to take full advantage of improving the most we can.  We will start our summer lifting on Monday June 21st at 7am.  We will be lifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's.  We will also be doing on the field workouts once a week.  Listed below are the dates for our summer field workouts.  We will be off the week of July 5th-9th for a mid-summer recovery.
