The folowing is the safety guidelines for the 2022 Tri-Point Football League Season. In the event that there is a worsening, new outbreak, or new mandates are handed down.. the precations listed below would be put into effect immediately. Especially if it appears to put our season, fans, or players in jeopardy. The precautions that may be put into effect are as follows, but are not limited to:

1. If necessary we will begin the season with no admittance to fans for games. This may be implemented at any point in the season where it is required. The duration of which may last until any mandates are lifted or until the state goes back to a "green phase" (where people may gather and interact during outside events in PA and/or OH). Tri-Point Football will conform to each state's guidlines, as each state has different requirements pertaining to hosting outside events and public attendance.

2. Social Distancing whenever possible. All players, coaches, and staff will be asked to spread out along the sidelines and keep as much of a uniform distance from each other as possible. .

3. Upon entering the gate/stadium, all players, coaches, referees, and staff will be subject to a laser temperature check. Any player, coach, staff, or referee found to be running a fever will be asked to go home. This may be extended to the fans as well.

4. All coaches and team staff may be required to wear masks on sidelines for the entire time they are in attendance at the field/stadium. This will most likely be extended to the referees as well.

5. All benches and balls will be sanitized before kick-off, at halftime, and before leaving the field/stadium to eliminate any chance of spreading the virus.

6. All players must bring they own personal water bottles/containers to drink from at the game. Water coolers and jugs will not be used to help eliminate any chance of spread of any germs.

7. The host team will be responsible to have 2 to 4 volunteers at entrances to the stadium take tempatures.

8. When fans are aloud to attend, we will adhere to the state's guideline limiting the total fans in a facility to no more than 250 total people at the facility at one time.

9. Social distancing will be required in the stands. If needed, it will be required to skip rows in the bleechers. Fans may also be required to wear masks.

11. In extreme cases, players will be required to wear masks on the sideline while not in the game. Addionally, players may be limited to no more than two fans attending the game on their behalf. The post game huddle /prayer with both teams will not be permitted. Also, there will be no handshake line after the game.

14. Each team will be responsible to have someone on the sideline to act as a safety coordinator person to check and monitor players and staff to keep their sidelines within the safety guidelines that are set at that time.
