Registration Policies

A child will not be placed on a program/team roster until his/her registration and payment are received by the park district.

If online registration is closed, please download the registration form and mail it with payment as soon as possible to the park district (P.O. Box 336, Teutopolis, IL 62467).

For programs involving teams, if teams for a league have been set up and are full, a late registration for that league will not be accepted.

Please do not contact staff members regarding registration (Program Director, instructor, coach, etc.) or, give them a registration form or payment!  Doing so makes the staff member responsible and could delay the processing of your child's registration.

When registering your child for a Teutopolis Park District program, PLEASE pay attention to the grade you are selecting for your child!  The school year is on the online registration and on the registration form (e.g. "2023-2024 Grade", "2023- 2024 School Year", etc.)!   Selecting the wrong grade can create a LOT of extra work for park district personnel.  

To cancel a program registration, the request must be received in writing and, received via email or mail before the first day of the program.  A $10 administrative fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded.  No refunds will be issued on or after the first day of the program.
