First year player Giles wins Sixth Man of the Year Award.

   

First year player Jeremy Giles was a key piece to the Illinois 309ers success. In their first season joining the league the 309ers, out of Peoria Illinois finished the season as the regular season champs and Giles had a lot to do with the teams success. Giles was able to put up starter production in both minutes and statistics. Off the bench he averaged more points than any other player in the league. He also averaged the second most points per game for his team and finished second in scoring for all rookies. Giles finished the season with an average of 18.3ppg, 7.6rpg, 1.1spg and 1.3 apg
