Little League® Residency and School Attendance Eligibility Checklist:

Players are eligible to play with the local league where they reside OR in the physical location of the school where they attend classes; these are the boundaries approved by Little League® International

Residency Shall be Established and Supported by either the use of the SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM OR providing specific documents that provide "proof" of home address

RESIDENCY DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED ANNUALLY; An updated version of the school enrollment form OR proof of residency documentation must be completed/submitted each year as applicable.

SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM:

All participants that attend school in Hoboken can use the "school enrollment form" as a proof of residency in place of submitting other residency documentation. The form validates the participant's enrollment at their local school. The form will need to be completed in collaboration with the participant's current school administration.

The "school enrollment form" must indicate enrollment for the current academic year, dated before October 1st of the previous year (2024), and note the physical location of the school to be accepted.

􏰀 Click the following online link to download the official "School Enrollment Form" provided by Little League International: https://www.littleleague.org/downloads/school-enrollment-form/

􏰀 OR SCAN THE FOLLOWING QR CODE TO ACCESS THE SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM:

A completed copy of the school enrollment form must be UPLOADED onto the Blue Sombrero registration platform when registering. Please DO NOT finalize the online registration without this FORM (or the other residency document noted below) OR your entry will be considered INCOMPLETE.

NOTE: This form is ONLY applicable if your child attends school in Hoboken; if not, please submit the required residency documents and follow the instructions noted below

NOTE: A school-issued report card/performance record will no longer be accepted to establish school attendance

RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS:

If you are NOT permitted to submit the school enrollment form because your child DOES NOT attend school in Hoboken, please follow the detailed instructions provided by LL International to determine the THREE SEPARATE DOCUMENTS that will be accepted as proof of residency. Please pay particular attention to the dates required for the documents.

(Ex. All senior-level players (aged 15-16) that reside in Hoboken and attend high school in another town must complete this step instead of the school enrollment form to show proof of residency - Ex: SPP, SHP, XAVIER, REGIS, HIGH TECH, etc)
