Welcome To The Vaughan Viking Peewee Team Website
The Vaughan Viking Reporter is happy to announce its return in support of the 2020 Peewee Team. The VV Reporter stands ready to begin once again with the best coverage of your Vaughan Vikings. The Reporter over a 11 year span (2008-2019) enlightened fans, encouraged involvement from all over the league and was a staple for anyone following the Blues. And while without question it had a specific repeat readership the Reporter still surpassed over 50,000 hits during its circulation.
The Reporter goes beyond the simple schedule of a team - no - its more. Look to the VV Reporter for in-depth analysis of the team's daily events, game results, player profiles, game day analysis, statistics, a disabled list, a training centre, team competitions, interviews, league wide polls, standings, a photo album, and our sister newsletter Around The League (ATL). ATL takes you beyond the Vikings and into issues and debate that reach the entire Minor Peewee loop.
Without question the VV Reporter is your access to the team you enjoy the most. Those that have been part of the VV Reporter's readership in the past agree.
"One of the best team websites was the Reporter. Not only was it a valuable source of information regarding statistics and standings. It was very entertaining. All our opposition teams would visit our site regularly and comment on how good it was. My personal favorite was the player interviews. It was great to get insights into your fellow teammates experiences. After a particular trying tournament, win lose, my parents and I couldn't wait to check the website, and get the coach's blow by blow comments in his reviews."
Darisuz Sokol-Randell (Etobicoke Rangers)
"Best team website ever!! Tons of information, schedules, stats, polls, especially liked the player profiles and Around the League."
Adam Jafine (Toronto Mets)
"The Website was fun, engaging and had lots of information"
Allan Perkins (North York Blues)
"The website was fun for the players and gave me access to a lot of information."
Shawn Lee (Toronto Mets)
"I loved the player profiles and the chance to get current schedules, stats and other good info in one place. The website was fun and informative."
Debra Hanna (Parent)
"Hello, new Viking team with the Cotgrave Crew. I was a former player who played under coach Cotgrave. During my years the website was very interesting and exciting. There were many articles that caught my eye which I enjoyed to read. These articles helped me to improve myself as a baseball player, and as a teammate when reading about player interviews and other articles. Though the articles were interesting, I enjoyed seeing my stats the most. I wanted to be a leader in batting average and worked hard to maintain the lead and reach my goals (sometimes achieving and sometimes not). But I did enjoy seeing my stats go up. This website made my baseball years very enjoyable. I hope everyone enjoys the website and have a great time with coach Cotgrave. Best of Luck.
Hee Do Kim (Mississauga Terriers)
Thus with the VV Reporter launched and following the Vaughan Vikings every step of the way the 2016 Minor Peewee team begins. When asked to comment Vikings Management simply said, "were excited to be back and can't wait to see the talent out on the field. We look forward to a strong camp in September and hope everyone enjoys the experience as much as possible - even if it is tryouts."
