Forward John Thompson played his best game yet as he was almost a one man wrecking crew ,with Jesse Clinton inside blocking shots and causing problems for the K-104 team Thompson and Landris Johnson pretty much had their way Dimitri Kelly added 15 points and some heads up defense. The K-104 team likes to run but could not get started the Regulators who use zones and man defense kept them off track by playing a zone the whole game the 104 team came from 10 points down to tie the game with less than one minute left in regulation which ended 80-80 a 5 minute overtime was then played and the Regulators took over the game again never looking back final 91-88 it was a team effort as the 104 team didn't go deep into their bench in the second half the Regulators played the whole team and those few seconds of rest helped more even though they lost leads each time the rotation of players was made.Zo Ochiobi came up big on a few plays he made and he was having a good shooting night he hit baskets when we needed them the most at times Thompson said.Laying in wait next will be the rematch with the Dallas Diesel who the Regulators defeated in their first meeting.
