Each Manager or his designated representative is expected to attend each general baseball meeting. The meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of every month with the exception of December.
Whenever possible, every Manager is expected to work in another capacity in the program. Managers are expected to encourage their Coaches and the parents to attend the meetings as often as possible and to assist in the program activities.
