Brookline Freedom Classic
Information:
• Date: June 16th -21st
• Location: Brookline Baseball Complex, Havertown, PA
• Format: 6 team, Pool Play-3 Games Guaranteed
• Divisions: 12U & 11U (50/70 Format)
• Cost: $450 per team
Tournament Inclusions:
•Paid “Tri-County” Umpires
•Between-game batting cages available
•Game balls provided
•Cal Ripken Rules of Play with slight modifications
•Snack Bar & Restrooms
•1st place trophies for all players
•2nd place Team Trophy
•Tournament T-shirts for all participants
Entry Deadline May 1st (or when full) - NO REFUNDS after April 1st
General Items:
•This is an A-Team Tournament, no AAU travel teams or B teams
•Pool Play ?3 teams in each pool (each team plays each other once)
?Top team from each pool advances to playoff round
?2nd and 3rd seed in each pool play in a wildcard round to advance to playoffs against their pool’s #1 seed
?Winners of each pool advance to the Age Group Championship
?Tiebreakers ?Head-to-head
?Runs against
?Coin flip
?Teams would be guaranteed 3 games each
•Schedule Details
?Games would be played from Thursday, June 16 th through Monday, June 20th.
?June 21 st and 22 nd would be used as back up dates for inclement weather.
Registration Details:
•Spots are not guaranteed until entry fees are received with registration form
•No refunds after April 1, 2016
•Full rosters are due by June 1, 2016
•Birth certificates should be made available upon request
•Injury waiver forms due prior to your team’s first game
