Liberty Bell Classic Information
Tournament Fee $750
*** All deposits are NON-Refundable ***
The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the tournament format in order to complete the tournament.
Weather related refund policy: - Complete rain out of the Liberty Bell Classic Tournament will result in a full refund less $75 USD administrative fee (i.e. field fees lost, grounds crew pay, etc..) to cover the lost fees that cannot be retrieved.
Liberty Bell Classic Tournament Tips & Guidelines
-MSBL Tourney Rules (Go to: MSBLNational.com) Go to: National Tourney Rules
-Wood or Composite BATS ONLY, No hybrid bats i.e. (Metal/Wood)
-ALL games 7 innings (I.D. required if age protest lodged)
-2 hour 15 minute time limit (complete the current inning) No NEW inning may start!
-Tie-Breakers are #1-Head to Head #2-FEWEST Runs allowed
-Unlimited number of hitters are allowed (Minimum 10) and additional hitters may be added to the end of the line-up at any time during the game. ( A/B batting rule permitted) Example: 9A/9B, 10A/10B etc
-Every player MUST be on the roster to be eligible, Email rosters to nchichilitti43 @ comcast.net
-Teams may have three players 43-44 yrs old that are waived. They CANNOT pitch unless their birthday falls within the calendar year, before Dec 31st
- Division Winners and the next (2) best WILDCARD team(s) from either Division totaling four(4) overall within divisions make the playoffs (Tie-Breakers) #1-Head to Head #2-Runs Allowed
-One or Two courtesy runners can be designated before the game with the last batted out being the runner. However, if an injury occurs and you have used your two runners, he MUST be replaced in the line-up by a pinch-runner.
-You CAN run for the catcher ONLY with 2 outs.
-Unlimited substitution is permitted defensively, except pitcher. Starting pitcher, if removed, may return to the mound once, but NOT in the inning he was removed
-Mercy Rule-10 Run rule after 5 innings No collisions, you MUST slide or surrender
-Coin flip to determine HOME team at ground rules every game
-There are NO protests so ALL discrepancies MUST be settled at the time of the incident
-WINNING TEAM MUST CALL IN AN ACCURATE SCORE IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH GAME TO TOURNAMENT CENTRAL (215-534-4770)-NICK CHICHILITTI

Berwyn-Paoli – Cappeletti Field of Dreams
From North: Take Rte 422 East to Rte 202 South. Exit at Rte 252 South (Paoli). Go to third traffic light (Howellville Road on the Left, Swedesford Road on the Right). Turn Left onto Howellville Road. Field of Dreams is ¼ mile on the right.
From South: Take Rte 252 North and cross Route 3 and Route 30 (in Paoli). Go to the Second traffic light (Howellville Road on the Right, Swedesford Road on the Left) and turn Right onto Howellville Road. Field of Dreams is 1/4 mile on the right
