THANKS COME OUT AND SUPPORT YOUR YOUTH FOOTBALL PROGRAM. PLAYERS AND PARENTS GRADE CHECK WILL BE THIS WEEK SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR GRADES TO YOUR COACH SO YOU CAN PLAY THIS WEEK THANK YOU
Before The First Day Of Practice
Please make sure the following information is completed before the first day of practice: Completed sign up form with completed physical, copy of birth certificate, current picture of player and completed Adult Code of Conduct form. The sign-up packet can be downloaded by clicking on the "2016 Football Sign-Up Packet" link on the right hand side of this page or you can pick one up at the sign-up table during practice.
