Dear Kowboys Family and Supporters,

My name is Raul Rivas, and I am the President of the Kissimmee Kowboys Youth Football and Cheer League (KYFL).  It is with great sadness that I have to announce that the Kowboys have to forego the 2017 season.  

The Kowboys have been in existence for over 30 years in the Kissimmee community.  We are proud to boast a rich history of past and present football players, cheerleaders, young adults, and productive adult members of society.

This decision was not arrived to lightly.  We are saddened that it has come to this but our wish is for the Kowboys to return to a successful season in 2018.  It is our intention to immediately begin working on plans for the next season and bring the Kowboys back to where we once were with the help of strong community leaders.  We realize that we need help from many people, and will seek that help to make the Kowboys as successful as years past.  

To all of the kids and parents who have stood by us and continued to support us even as we struggled this year, we say a huge thank you!  We also want to thank all of you who have in the past and present helped to make the Kowboys a pillar in the community.  We look forward to your continued support and to returning the Kowboys to back prominence in this community.
