2024 Softball Fall Registration - 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, and 14u

Lamprey River Softball League is once again participating in the cross-town Fall Softball Program! This program will mirror the Spring recreational softball season and run for 8 weeks. There will be teams at the 6u, 8u, 10u & 12u age divisions. You can register your player here; Fall Ball Registration. We will need volunteer coaches at every age level – any parents interested in assisting PLEASE sign up so we can continue to offer these programs for our amazing families!
Registration
Register by: 8/23/24
Season Dates: Practices begin end of August and games will run 9/8/24 – 10/27/24
Cost: $60 8u-12u & $40 6u
(you may need to create an account through this link if you have never signed up for one of the league’s Fall programs)
Games
Games will take place on Sundays to avoid soccer conflicts. There will also be some games on Friday evenings.
The cross-town league consists of Lamprey River, Windham, Salem, Derry, Hudson, Pelham, Litchfield and Nashua, but we aim to keep our games as close to home as possible.
Practices
Practices will begin end of August. Practice day/time is determined by the coach assigned to your team and will be shared as soon as possible. Please note that Lamprey River teams will be made up from all of our towns (Auburn, Chester, Deerfield, Epping, Raymond, Nottingham) depending on registration numbers. For example, if there are not enough players to fill a team in two of our towns, we would combine them and then decide on a practice location.

2024 Lamprey River Softball Winter Clinic

Hello Softball Families!

 

Lamprey River Softball League is hosting 6-weeks of winter clinics to include skills, drills, and scrimmages! The clinic’s focus is “Back to Basics” where the fundamentals of catching, throwing, hitting, fielding and game play will be taught, reviewed and practiced throughout the sessions. Clinics will be facilitated by both LRSL coaches and local softball instructors. New and returning pitchers and catchers will have the opportunity for practice each week. Space is limited to 25 players per group, sign up now to hold your spot!!

 

When

Sundays  1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25

6u & 8u: 3:00pm-4:30pm

10u & 12u: 4:30pm-6:00pm

Cost

$60 for 6 sessions (or $15 per week drop-in fee)

-Comfortable/athletic clothing

-Sneakers (no cleats)
