10:30 am - Parade leaves from Antoline Park, up Ohio, Right on Ridge, Right on Jackson to Back Entrance of the Little League Field

10:45 am - Opening Ceremonies

11:00 am - Johnnie's Angels vs. Connie's Treasures

12:00 pm - Bickerstaff Lawn Care vs. VFC #5

1:00 pm - Shick's vs. Nichol's Lawn and Landscaping Service

As in the past, all Coaches are REQUIRED to submit a PA STATE POLICE and CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE statement.  In addition, if you have lived in Pennsylvania for 10 consecutive years, you can submit the AFFIDAVIT below in lieu of fingerprints  If you haven't lived in Pennsylvania for 10 consecutive years, you also must have a FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK (FINGERPRINTS).

Click submit a New Record Check (requires a credit card)

Read information and Click Accept

Fill in all required fields marked with * (Select Volunteer for Reason) and Click Next

Verify Information and Click Proceed

Fill in all required fields marked with * and Click Enter this Request

Enter payment Info and Click Submit

Once processed, Print Certificate and Provide us with a Copy

CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE link

Click on link – takes you to Pennsylvania Child Welfare Information Solution site

Click on “create a new account”

Read directions and click next at bottom of page

Complete form to create Keystone ID – select complete/finish

A temporary password will be sent to your email

Open email from Commonwealth of PA – New Account and copy past temporary password

Go back to child welfare portal and select login, click on access my clearances

Read instructions and click continue at bottom of page

Enter login information with Keystone ID created and temporary password

Create new password and follow steps to re-enter your login with new password

Agree to terms and conditions and select next on the following two pages

Select “create clearance application”

Select Begin at bottom of next page

Select Volunteer – Enter “Other” under Category and enter Monaca Youth Baseball as agency name

Follow steps to complete application information and enter name in signature field at end

Select “no” for payment code and select make a payment

Enter payment information in the amount of $10.00

Finalize submission and check email for confirmation of clearance (can take up to 14 days to receive clearance)
