VPBC is excited to announce it will be holding tryouts for 2025 and 2026 graduates to restart its previously successful high school age program. Among the three original graduating classes of 2020, 2021, and 2022, the VPBC program helped 20+ local players work toward receiving offers to continue playing baseball beyond high school. Player Prospect Form

The Virginia Peninsula Baseball Club will be putting on a 2 day Little League age camp on August 8th and 9th. The camp will take place outside at the Edgehill Community Center Field located at 700 Cockletown Rd Yorktown, Va 23692. Each day will start at 5:30pm and end at 7:30pm. Instructors will include local high school coaches and current/former college players.

Infield - proper fielding technique, footwork and throwing mechanics

Outfield - prepitch routines, reading flyballs and grounders, and proper angles to the ball

Pitching - pitcher warm up routine, long toss mechanics and delivery mechanics

Hitting - front toss, soft toss, and tee stations with focus on mechanics based on each individual player's needs

Day 2

Infield/Outfield: position specific and team defensive work

Pitching: Bullpens

Hitting: On-field BP and side work (Tee/Soft Toss)

Pricing per player: $70 one day; $120 both days

Virginia Peninsula Baseball Club is offering BASEBALL and SOFTBALL Clinic Sessions.

Coach Ham led his York High School Varsity Baseball Team to a State Title with a 10-5 victory over previously unbeaten Liberty Christian Academy out of Lynchburg, VA. The Falcons were undaunted by the 24-0 Bulldogs and scored the most runs LCA had given up all season when Casey Cheaney (Methodist University) put the icing on the cake with a 6th inning GRAND SLAM! Congrats, Coach Ham and York High School! Not too many can say they've done what you all have done!

VPBC is offering a 3 day offseason training camp Sundays 10:00-11:30am 12/31, 1/7 and 1/14. Instruction will be lead by York HS Varsity Head Coach, Nick Ham. Coach Ham will be assisted by local current/former college players.

Hitting sessions will focus on pre-pitch preparation, approach, basic and advanced hitting concepts, along with individually tailored instruction over the course of the session. Sessions will be limited to 12 players per session.

Fielding instruction will focus on proper fielding postion, footwork and throwing mechanics.

The Virginia Peninsula Baseball Club will be offering 2 baseball fielding/hitting clinic sessions Sunday, Dec 11th. Each session is $40 per player (or purchase a 3-session pass for $100). Payment will be collected at check-in via cash/check/card (credit card payments will have a 3% processing fee).

Hitting sessions will focus on pre-pitch preparation, approach, basic and advanced hitting concepts, along with individually tailored instruction over the course of the session from area HS Coaches and/or current/former college players from the Peninsula area! Sessions will be limited to 12 players per session.

Fielding instruction will focus on proper fielding postion with advanced footwork and throwing position mechanics.

We are excited to announce VPBC is looking to form an 8U baseball team. As an organization, we have access to fields with lights, an indoor facility and support those who wish to also play Little League.
