Practice Essentials 

-BE ON TIME - READY TO PRACTICE AT 6:00 -- SHOES TIED, BATHROOM BREAKS DONE

-YOU WANT TO WEAR A SHORT SLEEVE SHIRT AND COMFORTABLE SHORTS

-WATER BOTTLE/GATORADE FOR WATER BREAKS

-WRESTLING SHOES-- YOU CAN WRESTLE IN SOCKS UNTIL YOU'RE ABLE TO GET SHOES

PLACES TO BUY SHOES--

DICKS SPORTING GOODS , WRESTLING GEAR , DICK PONDS , AND ALSO YOU CAN CHECK PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS TO SEE IF THEY HAVE ANY SHOES
