West Chicago Youth Cheerleading Organization

2024 REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL May 10th!!! 

The West Chicago Youth Cheerleading Organization includes grades 1st-8th going into the 2024-2025 school year. Cheerleaders cannot be high school students. Depending on roster total, some squads may need to be combined in order to form a functional team. Squads are determined solely by the cheer board.  

• Cheerleaders MUST be committed to attend every practice (Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm) starting in May and additional practices on Sundays beginning in August (Times TBD usually 10-1)
  
  
• Cheerleaders are required to attend a MANDATORY uniform fitting (May 16, 2024)
  
  
• An additonal fee of $20 for 4 car wash tickets is not included in registration fee. 
• An additional fee for warm-up wear will be collected at uniform fitting prior to the start of the season.
  
  
• Squads who are elevated to the STATE COMPETITION will incur an additional fee per cheerleader ($165) (all other competitions are included in the registration fees).
  
  
• Raffle Tickets will be distributed so that you can sell tickets to earn back your registration costs  

You will receive a book of raffle tickets to sell which will allow you to make $650 of your registration money back!

That's right, it could cost you less than $100 to register for 5 months of cheer!!!!

*All cheerleaders will receive a uniform, cheer shoes, and cheer bow. 

In the past our organization has hosted an end of season banquet where the cheerleaders will receive a trophy or medal. 

Registration Refunds:  After May 10th, no refunds will be issued.  Uniforms, undergarments, shoes etc., need to be ordered in time for the start of the season. Once items are ordered, they cannot be returned.

What a great way to see if Cheerleading is for you! This camp is designed to learn/practice basic skills lead by Jr Coaches. An opportunity to have fun, make new friends, and become a member of the squad. 

This Cheer Camp consists of 2 days:

Saturday April 20, 2024, 11am-1pm

Sunday April 21, 2024, 11am-2pm

$40 for the two days- Camp shirt is included. 

Performance will be shown on day two. Performance will be at 1pm. Please bring lawnchairs to sit and enjoy the show.
