West Chicago Youth Cheerleading Organization

2025 REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL May 3rd!!! 

The West Chicago Youth Cheerleading Organization includes grades 1st-8th going into the 2025-2026 school year. Cheerleaders cannot be high school students. Depending on roster total, some squads may need to be combined in order to form a functional team. Squads are determined solely by the cheer board.  

• Cheerleaders MUST be committed to attend every practice (Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm) starting in June and additional practices on Sundays beginning in August (Times TBD usually 10-1)
  
  
• Cheerleaders are required to attend a MANDATORY uniform fitting (In May, Time and Date TBD).
  
  
• Parents are required to attend a MANDATORY Parent meeting (In May, Time and Date TBD).

• An additonal fee of $20 for 4 car wash tickets is not included in registration fee but will be collected time of payment.
• An additional fee for warm-up wear will be collected at uniform fitting prior to the start of the season.
  
  
• Squads who are elevated to the STATE COMPETITION will incur an additional fee per cheerleader ($165) (all other competitions are included in the registration fees).
  
  
• We now offer a payment plan OR a digital "Sponsor My Season" form!! Contact Audrina for more details.

*Registration Includes: New uniform, cheer shoes, cheer bow, 4 Competitions (STATE COMPETITION NOT INCLUDED IN THE 4), Trophy, & end of year banquet for every athlete.  

Registration Refunds:  After May 3rd, no refunds will be issued.  Uniforms, undergarments, shoes etc., need to be ordered in time for the start of the season. Once items are ordered, they cannot be returned.

What a great way to see if Cheerleading is for you! This clinic is designed to learn/practice basic skills lead by Jr Coaches. An opportunity to have fun, make new friends, and become a member of the squad. 

This Cheer Clinic consists of 2 days:

Friday April 11, 2025, 5:30pm- 7:30 pm

Saturday April 12, 2024, 9am-12pm

$40 for the two days- Camp shirt is included. 

If registered after 4/4 shirt may not be included. 

Performance will be shown on day two. Performance will be at 11:45am in the Bishop Gym.
