Coach Shaw & the Hilltoppers Academy School, I want to let you know that we were happy with the games we played. It was real competitive for our boys to play. I believe even though we didn't win either game we learned alot. I really think we have grown as a team and me as a coach. We have had alot of success as a team and this weekend was good eye opener for us. I want to say thanks for your help. Head Coach Frank Lopez 12U Manteca Nuggets

Coach Shaw, I wanted email you to thank you for the nice tourney this past weekend. It was well organized and the competition was great as almost all of our games were very competitive. I also though you had some really good officials out there and especially like the ones you had at the Sports Center on Saturday. They were friendly, fair and professional. I also really appreciate you accommodating us with the tremendous schedule that we requested and making it work for our teams and coaches. We especially enjoyed playing against your Hilltoppers team’s as they were well coached, talented had excellent sportsmanship. I also wanted to apologize again for getting upset with your staff on Saturday. By no means did I mean to disrespect him in any way and I hope he isn’t offended. I was just venting my frustration with the possibility of us getting a forth game if we had gone 3-0 with my older team. Thanks for following up with me about that. My only constructive criticism would be to play the tourney at 16 minutes semi-stop halves or running clock 20 minutes halves. 14 minute running halves are just too short. Thanks again. Hi Mr. Leon Beauchman, AT&T Area Manager External Affairs Thank you for taking out the time to talk and listen too me after the great school function. What we believe in, is a great job that we have been given too do in this world that many want to talk about, but not many want to do any thing to help. And that is to work with the kids that have ne decorated or definitions or idea, thought, opinion, preference, or belief in themselves. Temptations are all around many kids today. They or neglected have no focus and in some case have no education or hope in life. What we do here at the Hilltoppers Academy School, is give some mutual edification with opinions and a preferences and have them become more important in their beliefs. Have them to take their life and their education more serious over come the stumbling blocks of life. We have some some great kids that have parents that are on top of their kids and support them and fund them 100% in our program. However there is not one child or young man, that can not come and learn from what we do if we have the funds and the parents to back us 100% we can make a different in their lives. We do this with tools and leaders that recognize impotents of compassion for the game of basketball. Mr. Beauchman I just wanted to thank you and give you an insight to what we do at the Hilltoppers Academy School. I have Attach a File that will let you come to our 2009 Academy Tournament in June on the 12-14 please come by and say hi and meet some of the young men and boys that we teach and say hi to Mr. . Mr. Leon we are always looking for a good sponsors if you have a lead or you would like to make a financial donation or know someone that would like to please pass on our information. We can give them a tax write off. We are a Non-profit 501- (c). Thank you very much Coach Shaw "WE TEACH EDUCATION, WE PLAY BASKETBALL, BUT WE MODE YOUNG MEN, ONE SHOT, ONE PASS, ONE REBOUND, ONE GAME AT A TIME, TO COMMAND THEIR LIVE'S ON AND OFF THE COURT"

Coach: I wanted to be sure to get back to you about your tournament, so that you can move forward with your bracketing. By the way, we played the Hilltoppers down at Foothill College yesterday, and I really wanted to compliment one of your players - the real solid guard, #21 - aside from being a fierce competitor and good ballhandler, is also a class act. He went out of his way to come over before the game to shake my hand, as well as talked to me after the game to congratulate us on our win, as well as to invite us to your tournament. He's a quality young player, and a compliment to your efforts to mold players both on and off the court! Together in Service, Coach Dave Manson
