Ironwood Sports Medicine is hosting its Annual Athletic Physical Day on Saturday, May 11th from 7am-1pm. Cost is $20 per physical and open to anyone 18 and under (do not have to be an Ironwood student). We will have physical therapists, athletic trainers, physician assistants and medical doctors that are all trained in sports medicine.  

Wear t-shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes

Please have a parent accompany you to answer any questions the doctors may have

Please pick up a physical form in the Front Office and be sure that it is COMPLETELY filled out with all required signatures.
