The at bat team will have a first and third base coach. If an out is made the player will return to the dugout. No stealing and no sending runners to next base on over-throws. After 3-5 pitches from the machine (which will be determined prior to season beginning based on team sizes and time allotments) the player will be allowed to hit from the tee (some leniency is OK on number of pitches if they are making contact or coach feels some extra pitches are needed, but we have to keep it reasonable for sake of timeliness). The coaches are the umpires (and in the event there are close calls the coach FEEDING the pitching machine has the final decision. All players not making a play need to stay behind the pitching machine. All players batting must wear a helmet. Bats need to be tee ball approved bats. The League has 2 bats and 2 helmets for each team to use during the games (if players do not have their own).
Please make sure all coaches and spectators display a positive and respectable example for the young men. No foul language will be permitted. The most important part of this league is teaching the little guys how to play ball, be good sportsman, and have FUN!
