Add or Remove a Player Form

Adjustments to the roster will be allowed for the first 3 weeks of the season. After the start of week 4,(REGARDLESS OF HOLIDAYS AND/OR RAINOUTS) all rosters will be considered COMPLETE for the 2012 SPRING SEASON.

In order for players to play in their team's week 4 game and be eligible for the playoffs, all added players must have a completed "PLAYER INFORMATION SHEET" and have a signed "Player Registration Form"sent in 24 hrs before their week 4 game.
(Deadline for Fall is August 26th 2012)
