Service Hours - My Joyful Heart Giving Tree
This Christmas season Troop 318 is partnering with My Joyful Heart located in Mokena, IL to make Christmas a little brighter for a local child in need.
If you wish to participate, here is how:
1. Select a gift tag from the Giving Tree that will be display at October and November Troop Meetings.
2. Once you select the gift tag you will need to present the tag to Ms. McDonnell.
3. Once you have made your purchase(s):
- Do not wrap the gift.
- Place item in a gift bag.
- Affix the gift tag to the inside top of bag.
- Do not include receipts/gift receipts.
- Please try to avoid shooting toys or scary toy/items or anything that promotes violence.
- The children do love snacks, so please include a tin/bag of cookies or small, sweet treat.
4. Gifts need to be delivered to a Troop meeting in November, and no later than Thursday, November 21st.
5. Once completed, each Scout will receive 4 service hours for participating.
