* WCYFA cheer squads typically have two practices each week and a game. Will you be able to commit time on Saturday s (possibly a few Sundays) and at least 2 nights a week to support your squad?:

* WCYFA strongly encourages coaches to develop their coaching skills, which can involve training at the coach's personal expense. While not mandatory, is this something you'd be willing and able to participate in?:

* This is a big commitment for a full season. This will include other commitments and events outside of your of your team, including league events. Will you be able to fulfill?:

* Are you willing/able to accept the responsibility of working with young athletes to teach them the sport of cheerleading/drill in a positive environment?:
