Try Out/Open Practice Pre-Registration Thank you for your interest in joining us and being evaluated. Please complete the following information as this pre-register will save time when you arrive at a session and provide us with valuable information on your background that can supplement your on-field evaluation. Hooded Sweatshirt (Black) All players must have a sweatshirt. Please complete the following information to order a team sweatshirt. Orders can be placed for parents, sibblings and other team followers. Players sweatshirts include the team logo in the front, with the Last Name printed on the back with their respective jersey number. Non-player orders are available (separate orders must be placed) for purchase as well, but do not include the last name or jersey number on the back. |

Practice Jersey (Grey Long Sleeve) All players must order a minimum of 1 practice jersey, as these are to be worn at each practice. Please complete the following information to order a team practice jersey. Orders can be placed for parents, sibblings and other team followers. Players long sleeve practice jerseys include the team logo in the front. Non-player orders are available (separate orders must be placed) for purchase as well. |

Warmup Jacket and Pants All players must order the Warmup and Pants as these are to be worn at tournaments and games. Please complete the following information to order a the team warmup jacket and pants. |
