Dual Division Player Form All players male or female that are playing on two teams must register with the league on this form. Once registered the league receives an email confirmation and you are automatically added to our dual division player list. *Teams may have unlimited amount of male or female dual division players on their roster. *Coed divisions are allowed to play only 3 dual division male players at one time except for coed 5 division which is only allowed 1. *Coed teams may play an unlimited amount of dual division female players at one time. *Both male and female dual division players are only allowed to play in a maximum of two divisions |
